HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Contact details

  • By contacting you via the phone number you provided at the time of placing your order, when you order a product and enter your details, but do not make a payment

We will retain the data from such communication for this purpose for no longer than 1 (one) year from the end of the communication with you. This is necessary for the legitimate interest we have in the proper performance of the contract so that we can use the telephone number you have provided to contact you to help complete the payment process and to advise you on any queries you have.   • By delivering goods to the specified payer and delivery address

We will retain your data for this purpose for a maximum of 10 (ten) years from the date of completion of the transaction. This is necessary to enable us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. It would be difficult for us to ship the goods you have ordered without your full name and contact details.

  • By identifying you when you place an order by phone

We will retain the data of such communication for this purpose for a maximum period of 1 (one) year from the end of the communication. This is necessary to enable us to process your order placed by telephone.

  • For fraud prevention

We will retain your data for this purpose for a maximum period of 3 (three) years from the date of your last login to your account or for a maximum of 10 (ten) years from the date of completion of the transaction, whichever is later.
