Pick-up of goods
The terms and conditions for the collection and delivery of goods described below are valid until June 1, 2021 or until the announcement of quarantine in Lithuania.
After payment for the order, Topcolor employees will prepare your order for pick-up within 2 hours* from the order confirmation in Vilnius or Kaunas (depending on the selected location). We will inform you about the confirmation of your order by a separate email.
Your order will be available for collection at the following addresses:
In Vilnius: TOPCOLOR store at P. Lukšio g. 16
In Vilnius: TOPCOLOR store at Ukmergės g. 317B
In Kaunas: TOPCOLOR store at Taikos pr. 34A
In Klaipėda: TOPCOLOR store at Taikos pr. 56
You may come to pick up your order 3 hours after the order confirmation at the address indicated in Vilnius or Kaunas (depending on which location you selected when placing the order). Upon arrival, it is necessary to call the following phone numbers: +370 678 85824 for Vilnius, +370 616 28591 for Kaunas, and +370 672 07833 for Klaipėda. After receiving your call, our specialists will take your order to a neutral area near the store (on the ramp next to the parking lot) within 10-15 minutes and inform you that your order is already waiting for you. This way, you can collect your order without direct contact.
Delivery of goods
After payment for the order, Topcolor employees will prepare your order and hand it over to the courier within 2 hours* of order confirmation in Vilnius or Kaunas (depending on the selected location). We will inform you that the order has been confirmed by a separate e-mail.
The courier will deliver your order in Vilnius and Kaunas on the next business day if the order is placed before 10 a.m. that day. Goods ordered after 10 a.m. will be delivered by courier within 1-2 days. The delivery time to other cities may vary and may take from 1 to 4 days.
